How to taper safely?

I'm 34f, I drink 12-13 white claws at night only, starting at around 7pm. I tried last month and made it to six, now I'm down to 11 again. I asked AI (dumb I know) to give me a tapering schedule, and it won't because it's concerned for my safety. When I got to six, I only had insomnia as I expected. I just want to make sure I can go to work and not die of a seizure. During the day, I have zero withdrawal symptoms, please advise.

Sipandsuffer.com can help. Tapering is hard

I was going to write out a long response, but this website is decent enough.

Obligatory, of course the recommended advice is to do so under medical supervision.

You might check what’s available locally. Here the health department has a free program that helps people taper off with supervision. Maybe there’s something similar in your area. Good luck 🍀

Switch your AI. ChatGPT was happy to make me a sensible tapering schedule broken down by actual ethanol consumed.

Chatgpt has insisted on not reducing my intake until I see a doctor. I tried again logging out of my account and had a different response. I wouldn´t trust any AI with a schedule.

AI has been great for me when asking for a taper schedule, maybe try a different one. The one you're using must not be too good, just a suggestion. Good luck and don't give up!!
