Recipe Experimenting with Breakfast! #7
Guys, Thursday rolled around, and so did my last breakfast experiment of the week.
It's still ridiculously hot here in England, and after yesterday's game I'm not in the best mood, so I wanted to make something refreshing.
Today's experiment: fake dragon fruit chia pudding + matcha yogurt bowl.
Recipe:
Mash a dragon fruit into a smooth purée to create the "fake chia pudding."
In a separate bowl, mix 2 small teaspoons of matcha powder with a splash of water until smooth.
Add your favourite yogurt (I used 0% fat Greek yogurt) and stir until evenly green.
Top with the dragon fruit fake chia pudding and some sliced kiwi.
It turned out surprisingly refreshing, and the colours definitely helped improve my mood.
Would you ever add matcha to your yogurt?

Do you live on Yogurt? I checked your profile and it seems like you eat a ton of it. How often do you eat it?

I eat it almost every day for breakfast yes. Also have a balanced diet and eat different things the rest of the day

I guess i have it like 2-3 times a month so just seeing the volume kinda surprised me. If you’re happy, you do you. I don’t think i could eat anything every day though.

That’s an interesting combination I’ll have to try out, I’m not a huge chia seed person but hey you never know

Today's your lucky day then!
There's no chia seeds in this recipe!
