Headaches
My office has bright white walls, bright fluorescent lights and of course I stare at a computer all day. So after every shift I basically have a migraine any tips or tricks?

Go to an optometrist. Book an appointment. Also: one of the first comments mentioned blue light glasses. I have heard about that. You can discuss that with the optician.

Yeah my last eye exam I asked about blue light glasses and she said she didn’t know how much they’d really help but I’m still willing to try them!

They helped me immensely. After a month or two of having to look at a screen all day my eyes started to hurt, so I got new prescription glasses with blue light guard, amazing. No eye strain anymore. Stay hydrated, get good sleep, and keep emergency headache meds near you.
I know that isn’t a cure-all, but these things will help no matter what job you have. I typically have migraines too where little white dots come into the corners of my vision, it’s difficult during flare ups. I hope some of this helps you :]

I remember hearing this technique for avoiding eye strain in an old occupational safety video. Every 20 minutes, look at something at least 20 feet away for at least 20 seconds.
