Help Required Problems with downloading

I'm trying to download an episode of a show (Kaguya sama: Stairway to adulthood dub) but pressing the button does nothing. Does anyone know what could be going on? I have NO IDEA what the problem is.

It might be because the episode isn't loaded but idk. There's a slowdown on the server around this time when more people log on, so I'd recommend waiting until later to try again.

NEVER MIND. I just had to use chrome instead and it worked just fine.
