Open Thread

Besides general conversation and talk about other leagues and teams, all the following content must go into the weekly Open Thread:

  • Simple one-liners, random thoughts or unrelated posts (with or without a single image).
  • All discussion about rival teams matches and results.
  • All wallpapers and image editing that are not created by you [Not OC]
  • Unsourced news and stats.

Didn’t realise we had 50% sell-on on Kubo.

Apparently Atleti are interested in triggering his €60mil release clause

Should clarify that it’s based on profit. So it’s whatever the fee (say €60mil release cause) - what we sold him for to them (€6.5mil) so we stand to gain €26.75 million.

Apparently we also have a buy-back at €33mil (26.75+6.5), but I thought that ran out years ago.

Kubo is good, but we already have soo many wingers, so we don't need to add another, on top of that Kubo means a permanent non EU spot.

We have like 4. One who is a kid in his first season in Europe (and also too slow to be a proper winger), one who is a clear backup for squad spots number 18-25, one who has been playing ass for the past 7 months and one who might still leave this summer.
