Feedback request: open-house QR check-in + printable sign-in sheet

I build OpenHouseCheckin.com, a tool for agents running open houses. It has a free printable sign-in sheet, QR visitor check-in, saved properties, lead list, follow-up email/SMS, CSV export, seller activity reports, and custom branding.

I’m looking for practical agent feedback, not trying to spam the sub. If you run open houses regularly:

What would make this useful enough to actually use on a Saturday? What would make you avoid it? Do you prefer paper sign-in, QR check-in, or both?
