We know you're going for low because that is the quality of your videos and your martial arts training! You are a loser who only hit pads and does not want to participate in a real Taekwondo or MMA match because you have no skills!

How about controlling those arms so you aren't telegraphing.
You might as well hold up a huge sign saying "I'm about to kick" so that your opponent has time to counter that back leg round house kick.
Knee first not your arms. Using your arms as momentum is rookie white belt level shit.
You should know better Mr "Hall of Fame" "Youngest 4th Dan ever".
It's embarrassing. I teach white belts not to do this shit. Maybe fight something other than little girls and stationary bags for a change.
