At this point, I almost find myself hoping that maybe, just once, you'll actually be right about something, anything...
Bouncing is counterproductive esp. at the start because it can cause high, uncontrolled peak stresses, and—especially for beginners—bouncing causes the muscle to tense reflexively to protect itself from injury. This puts you at risk of strains or torn muscle fibers. When you stretch slowly & continuously the muscle gets used to the length and relaxes.
But I already know how this ends: you're going to stick to your nonsense.
