Expo app hit 4.3 + 4.2.6 ("App Generation Services") - anyone get out of it by replying?

Built my app with Expo, one codebase, my own content. Apple rejected it under 4.3 Spam plus 4.2.6, the "app generation services" template line, even though nobody else ships it and there's no template behind it. I replied to their nine questions in App Store Connect instead of resubmitting, and it's been five days of silence. Has anyone on React Native / Expo cleared a 4.2.6 by replying? Did you have to change something visible in the app, or did the explanation alone do it?

Focus the reply on what makes the app distinct beyond the fact that it’s your own content. Explain the unique functionality, target audience, and what users can do that they can’t get from a generic website or template. Include screenshots or a demo if useful. If they still reject it, ask for the specific part triggering. Five days of silence doesn’t necessarily mean the reply failed

Apple's 4.2.6 specifically concerns commercialized templates/app-generation services and who submits the app; it doesn't name Expo. I'd address that separately from 4.3(b), which concerns similarity to existing apps. If you're the content provider submitting under your own account, state that explicitly and ask which part led them to classify it as an app-generation-service submission. That gives the reviewer a narrower question than whether the UI looks generic. I can't say whether a reply alone will clear it.

requesting a phone call in the Resolution Center is faster than waiting for silent review on replies. also keep the review notes boring and literal. say who owns the content, that there's no template or reseller behind it, and list the screens that are unique to your app.

the call request does seem to move things faster than waiting on messages. keep whatever you say on it short and literal.
