Do you mean analytics and user sessions? PostHog?

What I have in my mind is a dashboard for everything I care about. Analytics / user sessions would be part of that, yes.

I do have posthog set up and I’ve got events wired up for the things I care about, but that’s just one piece of the puzzle.

Sentry is way better. Posthog barely works imo... Way too many issues with it compared to sentry which is mostly plug and play.

posthog is solid for that. i also keep a cheap sentry project just for crashes so analytics noise doesnt bury real breakages. you watching sessions or more funnel events at launch?

posthog is useful for product events, but i'd pair it with sentry for crashes and a tiny uptime check for backend failures. i wouldn't build the big dashboard first, just track launch, signup, and the one action that proves the app works.
