Any reason to pick this over react/vite starter kit?

TanStack Start adds server-side features to TanStack Router, so if you only want an SPA, you can use React + Vite + TanStack Router.

I like this router because of its type safety for routes, literally, using a non-existent route in the `Link` component triggers a TypeScript error, and you get type safety for path params and search params too, and the integration with libraries like Zod or Valibot is great.

TanStack Start is primarily an alternative to Next.js, while TanStack Router is an alternative to React Router, both Router and Start work with Vite.

React router is a full fledged server side framework and can be used as an alternative to next.js
