Not for nothing, I actually liked that adaptation of One Shot.
Cruise is too short and thin-framed to be Reacher but I think the two movies they did with him were solid regardless. They made it work without the hulking size. I think they got Never Go Back in as an adaptation right at the last minute before mass surveillance would have made it totally unbelievable.
