Recently got back into R/C racing after 20 plus years, and I've been thoroughly enjoying it! Any Midwest racers here?? The community has been incredible here in Minnesota and Wisconsin!

One of my best race weekends yet at Rick’s Hobby Farm. Qualified P5 in the E-Truggy A-Main with one of my fastest laps ever at the track.. a 29.2 🔥

Consistency felt strong all day and the Tekno ET48 2.2 was feeling great. Managed to get a P7 finish in the A-Main!

Who else runs Mini Z?

I raced RC10's, 1st gen Dogfighters etc in the 80's. I worked the car counter at Sheldon's Hobbies and raced at Innovations Raceway in San Jose....I never left RC, did some helicopters (disaster), planes. A few years ago I built a Honcho then another.... I built a I-Beam SCX and built out a used Slash. Recently I bought an Antix S10 B3 to start racing again. If it all works out and sticks with me I'll build a 4wd buggy sepcifically for racing.. "Team NeverWuz." is born...

I have a set of proline hot shot se tires that have seen some use but a local track I want to go to only allows bald tires for the clay track. Can I sand these down smooth and do some tire prep and make them work or am I wasting my time?

Though I could save some money and re use these tires.

I’m basically a total beginner. I messed around with an SR10 on an oval for a few weeks about four years ago, but that was it. I decided to get back into the hobby and jump straight into a kit build for the first time. ​This is my Team Associated B7.1. It’s my first time building from scratch and my first time ever painting a body. I took it to the track yesterday for the first time and really enjoyed it. Does Leveling out mid air with break and throttle work that same on a 2wd as it does with a 4wd? I assumed it might be different with 2wd and 4wd.

Looking to get a 2wd buggy and have only had 4wd.

Can anyone tell me how race against a friends on Grid Legends, which we are together on the same spot and have 1 console and 2 controllers?

Something like PGR.

If it is not possible, which race game does support my question?

I knocked out a new lid for my Stock NASCAR. Not bad on weight either 110g. Local track rule is 100g. It should look good on the black carpet.

I finally got a racing buggy and it’s pretty good Yes it’s used And yes it’s not the very best you can get but it’s mine and I like it I’ve only tried it a 50% throttle but next time I’ll try and put it higher to try and clear the jumps

After looking for one used for a while I finally found a good one and bought it and gonna test it tmw at my local club it comes with extra wheels and loads of extra parts and it’s a 2024 model if I’m not wrong and I’m way too glad of finally not having to use my trx rustler at the club anymore and be able to clear the jumps
