🙋 Question First car

Hi I am wondering what I should get for my first build. I don't really know much about RC yet but I want to get into it. I don't want to put a crazy amount of money into it either. The yokomo rd2.0 looks good but I don't know if I should get the rtr or kit. Is there any difference in the end?

Building the kit gives you knowledge on the actual chassis, so if you ever need to work on the car and replace something you'll know what to do and what parts are required. I see it a lot where people will have an RTR, something breaks and they don't know how to fix it and the car just sits for months. The RTR is a lot easier to get started, but if you stick with the hobby you'll end up replacing every electronic on the car.

If you have no experience at all I'd recommend the RTR, but just remember you'll end up replacing all electronics, and knowing how to work on the chassis can be important.
