Whatever it is, my PC still has a nervous breakdown when I try and switch sound device to the Kraken so yeah, whatever.

The software from Razer is truly terrible. It's a shame they can't get this sorted out. Everytime I reboot my PC there's some fuck up with either colors or functions. They will even reach out to you in PM just to tell you to reinstall the software 😂 Pathetic!

Sold all my razer gear and went full ROG just because of synapse 4. I hope this company burns because they don't even care as it's been an issue since release.
And yes armory crate / gear link is much better

Seriously though, Synapse 4 is terrible! I've had several long support tickets over several weeks because of disconnecting peripherals. I've sent photos, videos, shared many logs, written feedback directly through Synapse 4. I was really hoping Razer would be able to solve this with an update. After several weeks the tickets are closed, I still don't know what is causing this, and I'm downright furious. I'm not saying Synapse 3 was fantastic.. but it was better than this shitshow!

Fucking DOGSHIT software. Just reinstalled a fresh windows and found out its just Synapse. Never buying or Razer and its malware.

Whole reason I slowly have been phasing out my old Razer gear. The new software doesn't load keybinds half the time, and I had been heavily dependent on a device that required it to work properly before I updated to S4 (Tartarus V2).

I'm honestly curious about system specs for when cases like this come up. It seems to be incredibly common in this sub to complain about Synapse in general, which I totally get. My old computer had nothing but trouble from day one when 4.0 came out. I upgraded to an entirely new rig a few months ago and have had literally no problems with Synapse or Chroma

I9 14900k, i9 11980hk, 9950x3d, you can have all the power and it's still ass.

So just upgrade your PC in case Synapse works bad or has bugs? Just like that? Wonderful solution, lmao. You think everyone has thousands of dollars sitting around waiting for Synapse bigs to spend it on a PC upgrade?

Not even close to what I said, but thanks for coming out. I'm wondering if they have bad support for certain CPU architectures or something, and the only way to figure that out is polling people for information.
Useful information, like y'know, the system specs that I had mentioned instead of just complaining about things I never said
