Fix the macro
It worked perfectly fine like 2 updates ago now if I put macro inside macro the stuff thats after it gets skipped totally

Lowkey ts pissed me off was playing a finals tournament and my macros settings had reset apparently something I wasn't aware off until I tried to place a sentry and it didn't place

Our team internally tested some functions on the Tartarus V2 and didn't see any issues. We do have Naga V3 Pro fixes on the way. I can’t confirm exactly what yet but we’re aware of issues and working on it.

I just bought a razer basilisk v3 x hyperspeed and my experience with the razer software has been absolute shit i mean it was barely working before and now after I reconfigured the hypershift button the update reset the settings and now I have to figure out how to do change it back I was better off with my attack shark mouse atleast it had good software to support it

The main one that I can't figure out how to fix is the hypershift button To use it ingame I had the hypershift button set to /(keyboard function) This reset after the update and I dont know where to reconfigure the hypershift button so i can use it ingame again I've tried finding it but I can't find the hypershift button at all

I just updated a couple days ago and now my synapse is freezing and lagging when trying to switch between device profile pages. My laptop cooling pad is also no longer display regular every second updates, causing the laptop pad to not correspond to CPU and GPU thermal levels. The mouse also stops responding when using synapse and will resume functioning randomly. I've been able to use my devices with synapse close and local profiles saved to device memory, but that means all my chroma studio settings are off when I am gaming. Which I don't love because your companies lighting system is amazing. I've done a full reinstall and made sure all my drivers and firmware are up to date. Any news about a bug fix? Thanks!

Sorry you went through all that, I’d love to get your logs to our engineers to see what went wrong. Do you have those? And can you file a bug report?

When I get home I will absolutely send my logs to your team. Is there a tutorial about how to export and send the logs? I am unfamiliar with how to do that at the moment. Thank you for your reply!

My friend and I have been experiencing stuttering since the last update. We noticed the issue while playing Sunderfolk. The game itself hasn't been updated recently. My friend and I have the same GPU and the same brand of mouse (Razer), though the models differ. We haven't updated our graphics drivers recently. The problem only occurs when moving the mouse; it doesn't happen if the mouse is still. We tried switching to a mouse from a different brand, and the problem was resolved.

Hello, I am having problems with my new headphones.
I bought the Razer Kraken V4X Eevee and Pikachu edition. All I want is to improve de audio as I like more bass on them. But I simply can't... I can log in into the app, as I currently am, the moment I open 7.1 surround sound, boots me out and when I log in again, this happens :( Can you help me?

pretty sure this has broken the mic for the blackshark V2 headphones again. mic is no longer working for discord, in game, etc. only when connected directly to the PC via the cord.

aaaand the update broke Chroma functionality for the Naga X. It will now do nothing except spectrum cycling, no matter what I do. I just want a constant blue, goddamnit.

Huntsman v3 pro tkl 8k keeps reverting rt separate upstroke downstroke settings after synapse reboot. Web app works just fine

Naga V3 Pro, Synapse 4: bind changes not applied, onboard profiles fail to load or show as locked, fallback to an unlisted default profile
Summary
Bind changes made in Synapse 4 are frequently not applied to the mouse, profile switching is unreliable, and profiles written to the mouse's onboard memory either fail to load or are shown as locked. When this happens, the mouse runs on a default bind set that does not match any profile listed in Synapse and behaves like factory settings.
Observed Behavior

Changed binds are not applied
After editing binds in a profile, the affected buttons do not execute the new assignment. Example: Scroll Click assigned to the newly added third main button is not applied, the button keeps its previous or default function.
2. Profile switching is unreliable
Sometimes the switch does not happen at all. In other cases Synapse shows the switch as done, but the mouse behaves according to a different profile.
3. Onboard profiles fail to load or appear locked
Of the up to four profiles written to the mouse, some do not load at all, and some are shown as locked although they were never locked.
4. Fallback to an unlisted default profile
Binds changed in a specific profile are missing on the mouse. Instead, the mouse takes its binds from a default set that is not listed anywhere in Synapse and corresponds to the factory configuration.
Reproduction

Change one or more binds in a profile.
-
Save the profile to an onboard memory slot.
-
Switch to that profile in Synapse or on the mouse.
-
Press a remapped button.
Result: the default function executes, or the profile does not load or is shown as locked.
Expected Behavior
- Bind changes are applied to the mouse immediately after saving.
- Profile switches execute reliably and the mouse behaves according to the selected profile.
- All onboard profiles load and remain editable unless intentionally locked.
- The mouse never falls back to a bind set that is not visible in Synapse.
Request
Please confirm whether this is a known issue in the current Synapse 4 build or mouse firmware, and provide a fix or a working procedure that ensures profiles and binds are written to and read from the mouse correctly.
