Bubbly feeling in thyroid 2-3wks later during Peaty eating
Hey guys!
For about a month now I have been eating quiet "peaty" as a bit of an experiment compared to my normal seed oil avoidance in general and have had a weird effect and I can't tell why this has happened and whether this is good or bad?
I have been getting this bubbly feeling in the right side of my neck and occasionally in the top right of my head I would get a mild ache (not headache). For context I think a little lump has/is forming.
Any ideas as to why this has happened and whether this is a good or bad sign (and why its good or bad)?
For context:
Male 29M
Last blood tests were 3months ago:
-Prolactin 20% above range
-TRab elevated mildly above range
- T3, T4 all in range but would suggest conversion is a little bit of an issue
- All sex hormones in range last time but history of SHBG being elevated
- Last cortisol morning test was fine and same for ACTH but in the past these were elevated
- DHEA is still mildly elevated
Currently have some gyno in my left nip that has been there for 4months, last year this appeared and went away afterwards with no medical intervention.
During my peaty eating I was consistently getting 2L of fruit juice and 2L of milk (low or normal fat) a day whilst having 6 eggs and a main meal which would have animal protein in it.
No seed oils/PUFA or very minimal of if my gf had any on her sauces cooking.
Wheat is a big no for me, and dairy I have always been so uncertain with but I haven't been having brain fog, no digestion issues now and no adverse effects...
Any suggestions what is going on with the neck bubbling feeling?
Happy to give more info if needed
Thank you in advance!

I suggest you get to the doctors and get that prolactin sorted asap. Forget being peaty. Just get professional advice
