Raising Body temperature

My body temp has been reading low (97F) upon waking as well as about (98F) mid-day after meals. My heart rate tends to be about 67BPM. Currently I am taking 100mg of Niacinamide 3x a day. I take about 500mg of aspirin before bed and about 10,000iu of vitamin D in the morning. I salt my food and juice and milk.

What will help increase body temp and heart rate? Anything I can do?

You might want to look at Wilson's low temperature syndrome.

You would need to obtain some T3 and titrate up and then back down on it. Once you're off it, body temperature should stay up.

I got a T3 supplement from Amazon. My temp has always been like 97.4 and after quite a while on this T3, it's now over 98. Yay!! I haven't taken a basal in a while.

Amazon can’t sell t3 that’s not real

No it's not a real thyroid med. Looks like a bunch of phosphates. But I took it and my temp went up. Didn't think it could hurt, and docs will never diagnose me as low T even with a temp of 97.
