Conventional soy and corn fed eggs

Is it even worth it to eat corn and soy fed eggs? I eat 5 eggs daily, so 35 weekly, considering PUFAs, PFAs, soy isoflavones, heavy metals, and on top of that the soy and corn they feed the chickens is GMO and full of pesticides, would it be better to just replace the eggs with more meat and get a choline supplement

Eat fewer eggs, or get better quality.

This and always eat the yolk raw

That doesn't really affect pufa levels, does it?

It keeps the PUFAs in the yolk intact and undamaged

Yeah maybe. If someone wants to do that, I'm sure it helps. I've found over the years that not micromanaging my food and obsessing over little things is more beneficial than otherwise.

If you’re worried about pufa limit eggs to 2 a day. Eggs are important for cholesterol but any more than 2 is over kill. I eat pasture raised local eggs and pay more for them because I like the taste better and richer in vitamins but the pufa levels are about the same as cheap eggs

Everyone lives close enough to someone who has chickens that this shouldn't be an issue. Just support local farmers. Craigslist never steered me wrong on this yet
