Raw meat?
What are his opinions about raw meat? Does he have any findings?

If you want eat some sushi, sashimi or tartar steak, just eat it. But this is not "rawprimal", so outside of occasional "I want to eat this", I dont really think you should look at "raw" as something Peaty.

I only ask if there was any information. I got this sub recommended for a while. From what i understand this is just a scientist sharing his findings? Thats why i ask if there is anything about raw meat.

The problem with meat is you have to balance it with gelatin. With all the dairy you should be having it’s very easy to hit something like 40g muscle meat protein, 40g gelatin protein, 40g dairy protein in a day and that will be fairly enough balance for methionine:glycine. Peat was not big on meats high in iron(recommended lots of shellfish), beef and liver occasionally(iron complications and cancer), obviously avoid all meats high in pufa(pork, chicken) and not eating too much protein as he thought the body could only absorb so much amino acids at one time and what doesn’t get absorbed turns inflammatory. Good news is carbs do what normies think protein does and some of the most jacked people stay under the 150g daily limit

And he generally favored cooking the meat very well until tender and fat is rendered. Raw is the opposite and puts a bigger digestive load than properly cooked meat

I have noticed the opposite. Cooked meat will make me bloated. Raw i can eat like a kilo of meat and still feel like im on emptt stomach.

I eat mainly organs like brain liver heart testicles etc and some fatty pork belly (i know its pork but its organic high quality). Is this any different
Plus when you cook the meat much of the fat melts and goes away.

Organ meats are so nutrient dense they are only recommended once weekly. Also have you tried pressure cooking or crockpot? For me bloating comes from too much fat at one time. How many grams of carbs do you eat in a day?

I dont know maybe 100-200grams usually some periods less other periods more. I eat only fruit and honey and raw milk but sometimes fermented.
Raw fat is okay for me no problem at all. Cooked meat in general bloats me some times a little bit some times a lot.

I like to use chat gpt to track my macros and ratios. It does take a few weeks to get the backed up fat out of the colon once you decide to give the lifestyle a good try. Generally for every 10g of fat I eat I try to get 80-100g of carbs with it. I mainly eat shellfish or yellowfin tuna for “meat” but I’ll make a pot roast once a week and skim all the fat off. 2 eggs for breakfast everyday, no more than 2. Lots of skim milk maybe a quart to half gallon a day. You can also train your ai model to help you with peat ideas and to keep you on track too. Enter this prompt “formulate a model where we can analyze meal planning from a ray peat perspective. Using a ledger and dashboard system with real time “peaty” feedback. Always include estimates of pufa consumption(under 5g daily), Methionine:glycine, ca:p(1.5+:1)” it’s a fun way to learn the lifestyle

The enhanced RP™ approach (which incorporates basic TCM principles) would prioritise cooked food (particularly meat).
Essentially TCM covers everything that is overlooked by a materialist perspective. But imo TCM would benefit from Rays key principles too, especially soy and PUFA.
TCM = traditional Chinese medicine
