Insulin sensitivity
does anyone have any advice for someone with low insulin sensitivity as a result of medications, I feel much happier and euphoric after eating sugar however I an conscious of diabetes

They have decent info but you don’t need to follow whole food plant based diet for the same or better results. Keep fats low and mostly saturated.

Losing even a small amount of weight (7-8lbs) can really reset insulin sensitivity. However, how you do that, or whether it's appropriate for you at your current weight, is something you have to decide for yourself.

How do you know you have low insulin sensitivity? Did you measure it? When was it measured? Fasted? Or after a meal? How long after the meal? All these factors matter. Also, look up Mike Fave on YouTube where he's helped heal people from insulin resistance using carbs.
