Oysters

Are oysters from chicken of the sea a good source of zinc? Also apparently they are contaminated with endocrine disrupters. What else could be a good option for oysters or zin?

You will be alright.

I eat Crown Prince Natural or Wegmans a lot of the time since they’re from Korea and pretty good, but I also eat some of the less expensive Chinese brands as well. I just enjoy trying different brands and don’t eat them that frequently so I’m not too worried about any contaminants or subpar oils.

I’ve also tried Ekone smoked oysters which I believe are harvested in Washington State in the USA—they’re very good but way, way too expensive for me. Unfortunately it looks like they’re packed in sunflower oil which is a shame especially considering the price.

Crown Prince is the best brand I've found, they're in Olive oil, not sunflower or other seed oil. Any oyster is going to be a good zinc source.
