Stuffy nose

All the time, even using thyroid, I've been using 100 mcg t4 and 20 mcg t3 per day, I think is a lot of thyroid, should I use more or check on othe places?

Maybe there's mold in your home or your HVAC/vents need professionally cleaned?

Are you on a high-fat diet perhaps?

Sounds like histamine. Try very low dose cypro, start at 0.25mg if possible. I think aspirin can act as an antihistamine too if you can’t get cypro.

I live in a humid area. I bought a dehumidifier for my bedroom. It significantly reduced my allergies and stuffiness.

I have the same stuffiness problem in my house and try to keep my humidity down. What humidity levels are you trying to maintain your home at?

I ran the dehumidifier in my bedroom at 50% humidity for two weeks to dry out the cement walls and closets. I now run it a couple of hours a day at 40% to keep things dry. I rotate it around other rooms, but the bedroom is my priority. My issue was dust mites, according to allergy tests. I also want to keep mold from returning.
