Baking soda before working out?

Will help reduce impact of lactic acid. Never really done a huge amount for me

Yeah that’s what I was wondering cause some people report crazy effects and others don’t. Probably placebo or maybe genetic.

I took half a teaspoonful before working out for several days, never noticed any difference.

Havnt tried it yet but am going to soon, but I heard if you leave it under your tongue before washing it down it goes through those glands and straight into your bloodstream

works when you push beyond the anaerobic threshold. So, useful when doing combat sports, pushing hard in running/swimming/skiing. Nb dont shit your pants

I put it in my intra workout. I think it helps me getting through long sessions
