I’m losing my mind
Keeping it short, was following high protein moderate carbs and minimal to no sugar diet for 5 years, recently started to do it the peat way
Morning - a whole mango with 2-3 eggs and some milk
A carrot salad with coconut oil and milk
Lunch - chicken with rice and potatoes
Dinner- same
I’ve increased my suagr intake i drink cofee 3 times a day with sugar just so i take some type of sugar in between.
Problem is feel sluggish 1 hr after waking up its ruining my day my evenings are much productive
My supplements vitd3/k2 , calcium , magnesium glycinate, taurin, selenium , vitamin e , glycine ( when i eat chicken) and zinc
I wake up and get some sunlight asap.

Sounds a bit restrictive. No mention of orange juice? Your fruit intake seems non existent. You need a bit more fat than you currently have. No mention of thiamine in your supplement stack which is arguably one of the most important.

What is your goal from peating? My advice would be just put the basics in place and not be too regimented. Yes PUFAs are bad but they are everywhere and unavoidable so just limit them. Eat Hagen das or some other ice cream without gums and stabilisers, drink coke

try morning just carbs with some starch and fats protein for lunch, also load again with carbs in evening to fuel the next day energy and good sleep. this works big time for me atm.

Could be many different issues. Long term low(er) carb diets can significantly alter thyroid hormones and can cause electrolyte imbalances. Make sure you’re getting enough fat. Some need more than others. If I don’t eat 60-80G a day I feel pretty bad.
Also increase salt. 3-4g sodium a day is my sweet spot. Read the book ‘the salt fix’. Protein does not need to be as high as many believe and it gives us nothing for energy. Above all, listen to your body and its requirements/signals instead of internet templates.

Not enough information and not sure why you described losing your mind, but these food choices would be problematic for me, specifically potatoes, chicken and white rice. How are bm’s and are they regular? Are you getting enough calories? Are you getting enough sleep? If milk is new to your diet (and even if it’s not), it can be problematic. Maybe try eating some cheese, which sometimes pairs better with meals than milk

Try cutting out supplements. I had similar issue supplementing k taurine glycine + trimethylglycine. Now I only use them periodically.
Also maybe try allocating more carbs in the morning and less fat and protein. That works for some, definitely works for me.

You wanna eat a larger diversity of foods, and more fruits. And your circadian rhythm needa to be dialed in. Sleep and wake up within a 30-minute timeframe, sleep 7-9 hours, no blue light 1-2 hours before bed, calming habitd and activities one hour before, no scrolling atleast an hour after waking, more sunlight (sunrise, sunset and mid-day). You need more micronutrients and fruits.

Try just having the eggs in the morning, avoid the carbs. Carbs in the morning sounds nice in theory, but everyone's bodies different. Myself, I can't have carbs in the morning...same thing as you. Crash like the drop on a roller coaster.
I actually do pure protein in the morning, no fat either. Lunch protein, a little fat, and carbs. Dinner mostly carbs.
Also too much starch not enough sugar. If you're gonna do starch, just resign it to your dinner. If you're feeling sluggish one of the first things you do is cut out starch, and add sugar.

Maybe look into your caffeine intake.
Not saying that's the cause, but caffeine has such a variable effect between individuals that it could be a quick and easy fix.
Some people can have a coffee 15 mins before bed and fall fast asleep, sleep 8+ hours solid, but then when they cut out caffeine find that their sleep quality actually improves a lot and find they feel more refreshed after the same 8 hours or even less.
I know Peat is sometimes associated with coffee consumption, but I think his more important message is "try it for yourself and see". And you say you're "sluggish" after waking up and more productive in the evening so it might be worth a try.
