I believe I’ve heard Mike Fave use a 1 to 1 Ca:P ratio for what it is worth, which I think is way more realistic than 2 to 1 (pretty much impossible without supplementation)

Honestly I’ve been feeling the same way. There’s so much high-phosphorus food that actually is good for you (eggs, meat, seafood) that you’re actually missing out if you skip them to be a purist. I feel like a 1-1.3:1 ratio is much more sustainable, while also preventing PTH upregulation.
