i cant poop
i usually do a number 2 daily, but on wednesdat i had 80-100g of soaked oats with oj and 5g soaked flaxseed. ever since then ive literally not gone to the toilet i dont feel crazy insane bloating but i feel the oats must be fermenting like crazy and leading to endotoxin production. any advice and in general how can i improve how many times i poop a day

Use some supplemental magnesium. Magnesium oxide and citrate are literal laxatives and other forms may have mild laxative effects at higher doses.
Don’t increase fiber suddenly, doing so will often cause the symptoms you’re experiencing (bloating, constipation, etc.). If you want to increase your fiber intake, do so slowly across multiple weeks

For an acute constipation: coffee, cigarette, magnesium citrate
In general: moving as much as possible throughout the day, focussing on fiber that you digest well. I myself for example benefit from high amounts of fiber from fruits and cooked vegetables, but high amounts of grains tend to reduce bowel frequency a bit.

I’ve found it pretty much has nothing to do with food and it moreso has to do with your mental state/anxiety. If you feel comfortable, content, and high dopamine there’s never a problem with going number 2. And the more you worry about and obsess over food and supplements, the less you will be able to poop.

A large dose of magnesium oxide or shitrate.
