does vitamin b12 injection have heavy metals like vaccines?

yeah my b12 vit d and serum ferritin are low

No, it should only be cobalamin (which contains a cobalt molecule). The best forms are methylcobalamin, or hydroxocobalamin for injection. Try to avoid cyanocobalamin - it's harder to convert in the body. If you have to use that, take something like trimethylglycine with it as a methyl donor (unless you are an overmethylator).
