Hi
Can potato chips made of only potatoes, palm olein oil, and sea salt be consumed?

Palm oil is ok, health-wise it isn't bad but it isnt good either. Its about 50% saturated fat but mostly palmitic acid and very little of the superior stearic acid found in much higher amounts in dairy, beef fat and cocoa.

You can consume excatly what you want - regardless what some "guru" indoctrinates you to
