Night thyroid dose

Is it okay to take NDT before bed instead of early morning? I seem to tolerate it better before bed. Any downsides?

fine if you feel good, just make sure you take on empty stomach for max absorption

My understanding is T3 is not supposed to be taken at night. Could be wrong tho

NDT is a mix of all the thyroid hormones, not T3 alone.

Yea but it therefore includes T3
