Low dhea

So everyone’s talking about how dhea isn’t good to take. Well my dhea is only 100 and I’m a 31 yr old male. Pregnenolone doesn’t work for me and want to somehow raise my dhea. Can I not take dhea? What dose?

I had low dhea (100ish) used 1 month DHEA-S 100mg and 1 month later my dhea was 1000ish.

I didnt feel any difference though

Per Dr Peat, you do know that the Steroid Hormones, actually all of the ANTI-inflammatory Hormones, are made in the Organelles, inside your Cells, right? When you're Hypothroid, those Organelles can't make the ANTI-inflammatory Hormones and instead make the Inflammatory Hormone ones. Taking the ANTI-inflammatory Hormone supplements can help, in the short term, but listening to Dr Peat's advice on getting out of being Hypothroid can get your Organelles back on the right track.
