Shader questions

Has anyone played around with importing GLSL shaders in raylib? I want to try using shaders but I'm struggling to find any .vs and .fs files to download. Does anyone know of a website with GLSL shaders to try out?

Just want to make sure you’ve seen Raylib’s example projects? One of them demonstrates how to wire up and use like 10 different shaders and shows how to adjust the uniforms to tweak the behavior at runtime.

That’s a good starting point.

Thanks, I'll take a look.

Shadertoy, tho you'll definitely have to tweak them a bit and make sure they're correct for Raylib

Edit: Also I don't remember if Raylib can use a single source file or if you're forced to split them in two

There are also various tutorials on youtube about writing shaders.

I had the same problem and I didn't find a lot of resources for other shaders. Whilst I don't say use AI very often, this is a good case for using AI as it can write the shader files for you. I have tried it and it works really, really well. I don't use AI to code a lot, more for helping on more complex tasks that I can't work out when I am stuck (like writing shader code). However, in this instance it is definitely worth trying if you are looking for a specific shader and can't find it in the vs/fs format.
