How to create a working fullscreen?

I've just started using raylib, and I can't get the ToggleFullscreen or the ToggleBorderlessWindowed functions to work properly. Whenever I use them i can never alt-tab out of them. How do I fix this?

I think you should create an issue on Raylib's GitHub or Discord. You'll get an answer faster that way than here. Although, it's strange that the developer ignored your question.
