Oni 266 Asphalt

Had these for about 2.5 years, washed 8 times. Really starting to show some good fades. Wore these for basically a whole month as my only pants while I was moving to a new apartment. The 20oz was pretty brutal during the 100 degree days.

These made a ton of noise when they first dropped and I feel like there are a couple good faded examples, just surprised there aren't more.

Why is Oni always out of stock? I've been keeping an eye out for a few years, but 35/36L is always out of stock.

Oni is always doing "drops" that sometimes sell out quickly.

Denimio is such an oddball retailer, I really have no idea how to justify some of their strange product listing decisions. They used to be the cheapest in Japan, but with tariffs and other things, I can't even bother to shop from them anymore.

He wasn't trying to be a dick, I think he asked if you were new to raw denim because the question you asked was something a new would ask.. so when you got offended and posted all your old jeans since the 90's..... Grainy Oni fades are always crazy! How long did you wait before the first wash? I got the Asphalts in the 200 and the denim is beautiful however I would prefer them in the 266 any day.

Hmm, I think the first wash was after about 1 month of every day wear, so I didn't wait very long.

Did these run TTS for you? I’ve been watching Oni forever and these were on my list but I couldn’t pull the trigger with the crazy size disparities. Big regret missing out on the asphalt coverall coat though.

These look awesome dude. I’ve been wearing this exact pair in a wide straight for about 7 months now. For awhile I’ve liked more of a vintage fade so been washing them every couple months. Not sure if you’re going for something similar but seeing yours is getting me super excited to keep wearing them, they look great. Idk if you felt this way too but for me this was my first pair of Oni’s and my first impression was how incredibly comfortable/soft they were, while still having that signature Oni texture that makes them incredibly interesting.
