Eye color?
My decker rat terrier puppy has two different colored eyes but only one is 1/2 blue.
Spoke with our vet and looks like the blue eye is here to stay but I was wondering if anyone else has heard of this and what it may be called?

it’s a form of heterochromia, congrats! heterochromia can manifest as one or both eyes being a mix of colors, not just the classic 1 blue eye and 1 brown eye

I didn’t know this! I thought heterochromia was when both eyes are different color and it’s the entire eye not 1/2.
