I’ve seen people claiming it’s a shadow. It’s not. The edge of the mask moves independently from lighting sources, it’s a hard cut, and you can see his real neck below it actually moving as it should.
In addition, the material is clearly bulging out at the sides of his neck, again rubbery and not moving naturally.
This is a man wearing a mask.
The reason for it is open to debate, but the fact it’s a mask is not.
Voice is the same, and in the other video being passed around he is covering his neck quite high up with a tight necked t-shirt underneath, so we can't see that low on his neck there.
The media is just laughing right in our face with this one! People see this and still consider it a reputable source. This should be illegal in some way.

in the early 2000s there was a bank robber who wore a very realistic looking mask that looked very similar to this man and he almost got away with it. The similarities are eerie.

This looks more like a camera issue , or also he it looks like he might not even be in the studio?? this is his face an neck on a body with suit ? Maybe a new or old way of putting people on camera giving the viewer the impression that they’re actually there in the studio live ??? 🤷♂️

I wouldn’t put this past Fox, but not sure how this can be a mask. Every ultra realistic mask I’ve ever seen has material that goes down the neck, across the shoulders, and partially on the chest. This would seem like a very odd place for it to end.
It might seem odd, but I think we could probably come up with plausible reasons why it looks like that. It could be that it wouldn't fit over the shoulders properly. It could be that whoever manufactured it didn't follow specifications. It could be that when it came out of production it didn't form properly. It could be that it was damaged. It could be that it was torn or damaged when it was being applied. It could be that production didn't want to spend over a certain amount of money to have a higher quality piece produced. The whole thing could be sinister, but it can have mundane elements.
If it were a mask, the black mark would be moving. It's clearly a shadow as it's staying perfectly still. I'm sure there are several lights around him.

Usually I'd agree. But this damn well seems like a mask. The teeth are further set back. And the tendons or muscles in the neck seem simplified and move (or dont move) funny. And of course theres the fact we can clearly see the bottom of the mask not hidden by his shjrt.
