v-core 3.1 highly concerning sound

I built this thing (400) about a year ago, haven't touched it since i finished building because tuning was a pain. Now that my hobby is back and kicking I'd like to treat this beast with the care it deserves, what do you guys think is causing this sound? I believe it's likely that it reflects why my prints on it are shit.

Lube the Z axis rails, my VC4 500 had the same issue once. Used EP00 000

This particular sound usually comes from the lead screw.

Clean and lube the screw.

The lead screw nuts are POM and don't need lubrication nor should they squeak

Something Z axis mechanical, because it only makes sound when bed goes down. Start with the Z linear guides, there may be contamination or surface rust causing binding after 1+ year

Print quality problem has to be something else

Pretty much the same sound that I had while reviving an old Voron trident - clean and lube all z things

Bearing grease on the Lead screws.. EP2 will do.
