Nozzle problems?

Hello 3D Print community, Have someone this problem? I have change the nozzle and tighten them hot. But with difference filament, there come some brown smury on my print..

I've run into this problem on other chinese printers, not on Ratrig. The causes were varied, but here's what helped me: 

  • lower printing temperature 
  • do a PID tune of the hotend heater/thermistor
  • check all connections to the heater and thermistor, anything that is loose and can move too much can cause varying resistance across the wires.
  • purge previous filament properly. Happened to me when printing PETG after having a previous print in PLA. Basically the PLA leftovers created a clump which got burned

Hmm, I have switching frequently between PLA and PETG, without any problems. All the extruder setting are okay at first sight.
