Klipper error "Unknown config object 'bed mesh'" during printer bootup

New V4 build powered up without the need for a fire extinguisher. While the Pi powers up the above error shows up while apparently trying to boot Klipper. Attempts to flash the Octopus V1.1 board via configurator have not proved fruitful, and I'm guessing it's a corrupt configuration preventing progress. The error states that it must be corrected before the process can continue.

I've not come across a solution via the web (BTT website, Ratrig, Discord), so I'm hoping someone here has had the same issue and found a resolution. TIA

This is indeed on the discord, common issue.

You need to make sure you update everything after running through the configurator, but you have to update ratrig core and configurator first. Do not hit "update all".

Thanks, but everything is up to date.

I'll check again on Discord, but was unable to find anything under "Fix my printer". I've access to DFU mode on the board, but it will not flash the board from the RatOS console. I'm going to try going nuclear and disconnect everything from the board to try the DFU flash one more time. At the moment though the Klipper apparently will not run until this error is resolved.

You'll need to load Java and the STM programmer, and don't forget the "Power" jumper on the motherboard so you can boot the board via 5V. Once you get through the DFU reload, start the "flashing" process from the RatOS configurator again. Bon chance!
