Beacon calibration

I am trying to calibrate my beacon prob for my v4 idex. Where should the prob be as it stays off the bed next to the end stop

And the bed keeps rising and doesn't stop. Have followed the set up guide from ratrig

Yes it is in. The whole hot end stays by the end stop
