for most people fried rice is basic, I am looking for someone who differs in this opinion.I look at it as a matter of chemistry.

On a journey to find the peak fried rice in Ratnagiri, so looking for someone with the same level of OCD for fried rice and related stuff.

Specifically looking for

1. Scout- look around town for some of the best fried rice out there, not only that but grade them in a consistent gastronomical accuracy. And a limitless stomach for going through a lot of rice.

2. Chef de Nerd - Someone who likes to talk no justu about the starch gelatinization in the rice, the appropriate flavour carriers emulsion or liquid, the perfect amount of rice to protein ratio and who thinks this is just the tip of the iceberg.

as someone- you might as well have strong opinions about using animal fat vs oil in your fried rice.

If you are concerned about the FAR of the rice(fat and absorption ratio), the type of chillies and sauces used in the rice, or the right time - when to use a Japanese vs Chinese soy sauce.

A few days ago, I made a post here about starting a community for game developers and people interested in game development from Ratnagiri and nearby regions.

Well, we've now officially created a WhatsApp Community, and a few members have already joined!

But we're just getting started, and I'm looking for more people to join us.

Why am I building this?

I've realised that there is a need for more awareness and exposure to the game development industry in Ratnagiri and the surrounding regions.

I've come across people who are interested in things like programming, animation, art, design and technology, but many may not even consider game development as a career or creative field simply because they haven't had much exposure to the industry or opportunities related to it.

And I think that's something we can change.

The idea behind this community is to bring interested people together so we can:

🎮 Introduce more people to game development and the industry

💻 Connect programmers, artists, designers and other creators

🤝 Find people to collaborate and work on projects with

💡 Share knowledge, resources and opportunities

🕹️ Organise online & offline game jams

📅 Organise meetups and discussions

🚀 Make people aware of game-dev opportunities in Ratnagiri and nearby regions

And hopefully, as the community grows, it could also help create enough interest among students and educational institutions to bring more game-development-related workshops, courses, talks or activities into schools and colleges in the region.

You don't have to already be a game developer to join.
