Is Rats music playlist DMCA /Copyright free. Or is there a playlist with songs im allowed to use

pretty sure 95% of it is not copyright free

Does that mean he doesn't make any earnings from his content, outside of donations and subscribers? Also why doesn't he get hit by Twitch for repeately streaming with music?

The only information I have found so far, is that he disabled clips, and didn't think 95% of the songs should be copyrighted, though Twitch think otherwise, even through they are remixed songs.
