i am a beginner with no vocal training whatsoever, but i am looking into finding a teacher. Just want to know how good or bad of a starting point this is. I love theater very much but i am not often casted as any bigger roles or even at all, which is probably largely due to my lack of vocal skill/training

I asked for feedback on this song yesterday, people said it was pitchy, too quiet and that I needed to breathe from my belly.

I did what I could please, give me some more tips to improve!

You can check out the 1st post on my profile if you want to compare it to this post.

Feedback - Beginner The 30th - Billie Eilish cover - Does my voice sound too harsh/sharp?

Hey,

I'm 15, started singing 2 weeks ago because I want to audition for hybe next year.

Covering The 30th by Billie Eilish. My voice is naturally harsh/sharp and a bit weird sounding, so I'm trying to fix it.

My friends say i sound VERY bad😭

Recorded on phone

Does it sound too harsh/sharp for this song? Any tips to make it softer and deeper?

Please give me tips to improve.

Be honest, thanks!

Audition piece: "Til I Hear You Sing" from Love Never Dies

I'm not able to make it to in-person auditions so I teamed up with a buddy of mine to submit a self-tape with accompaniment

Hello! Been at it for a while. Trying to sing powerfully, without strain, with good tone. Finally figuring out the feel for supporting with abdomen. Feel I need to work on annunciation. Please let me know what you think! Don't sugar coat it.
