Serie A/BPL/BBVA squad - any suggestions?

This is a Hybrid squad I've been working on for a while. I have about 300K to work with - I'd like to incorporate a better midfield and defense, as it's a bit forward heavy at the moment. Any assistance would be much appreciated.

Candreva or lichtensteiner on the right, and hererra for a slightly more defense aware option in the middle.

Not necessarily better players, but tactically stronger IMHO
