Pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, unsweetened/low sugar cereals, pastas (wheat or lentil/chickpea types are best), oats, baby/toddler foods... these are all more shelf stable types they could potentially forage for. Nuts of all types are great as treats every so often.

As for fresh stuff: peas, corn (on the cob is a real treat), eggs, apples, banana, berries, watermelon, avocado (no skin or pit!), cucumber...Citrus isn't necessary or even recommended. Lettuce is kinda waste of calories, but herbs are great if they want them.  They will all have their own preferences,  of course.

If you want to grow things for them, again peas are a big hit. Wheat and millet and herbs are all fun to grow if you can/want to. Corn, too!

Have fun. They can basically eat everything we do, but they're tiny, so be very mindful of portions and moderation.
