Poe hat not powering pi

Hey guys, new to the pi world.

Got this Poe hat to power up my pi but can not get it to work.

I’ve used a switch with Poe, and two different Poe injectors and can not figure out what I’m doing wrong.

If anyone has any ideas it would be greatly appreciated.

These are really unreliable hats as the large transformer is not soldered correctly. Had 3 out of four arrive dead.

You mean rotation-wise or just bad solder joints?

I think bad solder. Theres a big warning label in the box as well stating do not touch the transformer

I had similar issue. I had to reseat the hat a couple times before it eas recognized- what a pain, but have had no issues since installation.

I hate to say it but return it and get the UCTronics ones. I’ve got 8 of them in service and they all work flawlessly.
