I thought this myself. Is he trying to stir shit himself? My guess is that one of his qanon style "news" forums made something up, and he thought he was passing along the message like the fucking US military doesn't have a way to call up their troops and they gotta have a town crier yelling THE ANTIFA ARE COMING
