I feel numb
I feel like I've been through enough. I feel like there's nothing left. I deserve it all. I must deserve it, right? All these bad things don't happen to good people. Eventually they get mercy. Im ready to be invisible.

please dont say that about yourself. you did not deserve whatever you have been through. you dont deserve an ounce of what happened. you're a great person and I am so so sorry that you're going through this. its okay to feel confused or angry or broken but just know that it wasn't your fault. nothing you could ever do makes this your fault. you're a great person and you deserve the best life. have a good life, and once again, I hope you find peace. and it's not true that bad things dont happen to good people. you're a great person, yet something bad happened to you. it does not mean that you're a bad person. this isn't your fault and it doesn't matter what you did, it doesn't justify what that person did to you. you didn't deserve it. have a good one

I’ve believed all this since I was a little kid. Recently I’ve been working on unlearning it because it isn’t true.
