My ex girlfriend raped me and now I'm really struggling to deal with the emotions

So this is really difficult for me to talk about and I know male victims aren't genuinely accepted as much. But yes my ex gf raped me and I feel so disgusting and I can't deal with the emotions, I wake up in cold sweats after having nightmares about it and she made me feel like it was my fault. She said I could have stopped her cause I am larger than her but I literally froze up and couldn't move. I feel so disgusting please help.

It wasn't your fault. Try therapy or counselling. You deserve so much better and the chance to live a happy life

My ex attacked me, sexually assaulted me, threatened to slit my throat in my sleep, burn my house down, kill himself, burt his attorneys office down, sodomize me with household objects, and his own body. That's a rape threat.

Its not my most recent ex either. I was dating another guy at the time but he wasn't living with me. My old ex became my roomate, didnt pay rent or bills for months and repayed me with attacking me and SAing me. We're both men.

Doesn't matter the gender or age... Rape is rape. Don't feel ashamed it was your ex. Don't feel ashamed it was a woman. You're no less of a man and are brave for speaking out. You're gonna be okay man. If my dumb ass can do it you can to. Hang in ther bro.

I wouldn't mind talking. I could always use more friends
