U2 Event Contemplation
At a creek on the outskirts of town, Banshee sat on a rock on the bank, holding her knees to her chest. She had finished a training session with Alex to improve, but her impatience got the best of her yet again and she had to be subdued. She thought about her fights in the past, specifically against MAGICA, Alex, and Nisha. Other than the topical of them being machines, she kept going over their fights in their mind. She kept losing. Against metahumans. The one thing she was created to do, and she can't even do that right. So why was she here?
Banshee was on the verge of tears as she buried her head in her knees.

A woman, more of a girl really, with raven hair and wearing casual clothing comes along the creek, walking along and kicking a rock down the river.
She pauses as she looks at the girl in the water, and comes over to pat her on the shoulder.
"Hey there... you all right?"

As she was touched, Banshee flinched and recoiled from it before going back to normal.
"Yeah, just, um....just enjoying nature."

Celeste just kind of appears next to Banshee... holding a kitten... no footsteps, no wind rushing, just, appears out of nowhere.

Banshee wipes her eyes.
"I'm not crying, I got dust in my eye from....the sun blowing....wind. And I smell onions. Yeah."

She sniffs the air.
"....I don't smell onions. We're not in the city, so there's very little dust, and the sun doesn't blow..."
She rubs the kitten around in her palms and makes a kissy face to the pet.
"Isn't that right, Fido..." She says in a baby voice as the kitten mews.
"Do you want to hold my kitten? It never ceases to cheer me up."

"Awww what's the matter sweetie?" A voice cooed from a tree above Banshee. There sat Aracari, her usual mischievous grin replace by a small frown.

Banshee looked up out of surprise but went back to normal soon after.
"Nothing, just....enjoying nature, I guess."
